Hertha Berlin was founded in 1892 and is therefore one of the oldest clubs in Germany. The club plays its home games in the immense Olympia Stadium, where 74 475 spectators fit into it.
Since last season, Hertha has been active in the second tier in Germany. Die Alte Dame had a bad season and finished in ninth place. Cristian Fiél is currently in charge of the group. His task is to bring the club from the capital back to the highest level as quickly as possible.
Hertha became champions of Germany twice and won the German Cup once. The team houses some good players, including Florian Niederlechner and John Anthony Brooks.
